Brain Health & Meditation - Speaker Series (July 25)
There are lots of ways to practice yoga. There are so other techniques that we can tap into to receive the benefits of yoga without yoga pants or a mat. We will discuss and demonstrate some simple actions to implement yoga into our daily lives. For this event, no yoga pants or mat will be needed.
